1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using APX Terminal ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software. The Software is owned and operated by Yogastama ("we", "us").

2. License Grant

  • Starter License (Free): We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Software for personal or commercial use, limited to managing a maximum of 2 hosts simultaneously.
  • Pro & Ultra License (Paid): Upon payment, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on a designated number of devices (Machine ID bound) without host limits.

3. Payments & Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online resellers (Merchant of Record).

  • International Orders: Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all international transactions.
  • Indonesia Orders: Payments are processed by Mayar.id.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase, provided the activation key has not been abused.

4. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software (except where obfuscation is bypassed for security auditing).
  • Distribute, sell, or lease the license key to third parties.
  • Use the Software for illegal cyber activities, including unauthorized access to servers.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. We explicitly disclaim any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Yogastama be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Indonesia.
